Yesterday morning I attended an event at Disney Store as guests gathered for breakfast and the unveiling of the FIDM x Disney Store Frozen 2 design collaboration.

In celebration of the February 25th Blu-ray release of Frozen 2, a special Frozen-inspired window display created by LA’s FIDM (Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising) was unveiled at the Disney Store in Westfield Century City Mall in Los Angeles, CA. The Disney Store Window displays luxury streetwear based on the four elemental spirits Earth, Wind, Water & Fire – as well as an elegant, avant-garde Elsa-inspired gown. FIDM graduate/designers Paul Hernandez and Tomy Huang created the Earth, Wind, Water & Wind looks based on the elements while Nick Verreos (Project Runway) together with his FIDM co-chair of Fashion design David Paul created the Elsa-inspired gown.
The FIDM exhibit will be on display at the Westfield Century City Disney Store for public viewing until Sunday March 1, 2020.
