Happy St Patrick’s Day! I wasn’t intending for this to be a blog post but several of you have asked on my instagram how to make the Disney St Patrick’s Day Banner in my photo.
It’s easier than you think! And it’s even more easy if you have a cricut. Here’s a really quick step by step tutorial on how to make this cute and easy banner. Follow along on my instagram stories for more St Patrick’s day fun with a touch of Disney magic indoors.
- Green construction paper
- Twine or yarn
- Cricut (if you don’t have one, you can use scissors and a hole puncher)
- Shamrock and Mickey Mouse template (download below)
Using a cricut:
Import file into “cricut design space” app, set to cut, and let the machine do the work. Thread twine or yarn through the holes to attach the shapes.
Without a cricut:
Print out template as a guide OR print directly to green construction paper. Use scissors to cut out shamrock and Mickey Mouse shapes. Use hole puncher to punch the holes. Thread twine or yarn through the holes to attach the shapes.
